No. poolio is added to your existing installation; pump, filter and lights stay in place. Suitability is confirmed by a site survey.
Who installs it?
poolio partner service companies. After a survey, the gateway and components are added to your existing system and the automations are configured.
What happens if the internet goes down?
Configured local automations (filling, overflow protection, lighting, filtration and flood rules) keep running on poolio Lite. Remote monitoring and notifications need the internet and resume when the connection returns.
