Subscription rules
- One subscription per customer. Your sites are attached to it.

- If the subscription ends, local automations keep running; remote monitoring and notifications stop. The device is not taken back.
- Accessories and installation are one-time; they are quoted after the survey.
- Battery replacement and maintenance are done by an authorised service company; user intervention is not covered by the warranty.
